The Unified Appeals Processing System (USAPS) ensures transparent and effective consideration of citizens' appeals to government bodies. The state institution "Government Contact Center" informs about five ways to submit an appeal:
- Through a government agency or local government. Submit your application in person or by mail. The authority will register it with the EUHOS.
- Through the Government Contact Center portal. Submit an application online at ukc.gov.ua, conveniently and quickly, 24/7.
- Through the contact center 1545. Call the hotline (calls are free) and the operator will help you submit a request and record it in the system.
- Via email. Send an appeal to [email protected] with a description of the problem and contact details.
- Through the mobile application 1545. The application is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Step-by-step instructions
- Define the question: formulate the essence of the appeal.
- Choose a submission method that is convenient for you.
- Fill out the request: provide your full name, contact information, a description of the problem, and attach documents or screenshots if necessary.
- Check the details and submit your application. You will receive confirmation of acceptance.
- Expect a response: usually within 30 days. You can track the status of your request.
