An experience-sharing event for representatives of the Trostyanets City Council of Sumy Oblast was held at the Chuguiv Resilience Center. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the professional capacity of social professionals in implementing standardized psychosocial support programs and planning work with community residents, particularly in remote settlements.

At the beginning of the event, the director of the Center for Social Services of the Chuguiv City Council, Viktoria Koroshchupova, conducted a tour of the premises of the Center for Sustainability, during which guests had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the organization of the space and the features of service provision.

The Deputy Mayor - Manager of the Executive Committee, Lyudmila Makarenko, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. She spoke about the Chuhuiv community, its development, achievements in the social sphere, and emphasized the importance of developing a system of psychosocial support for the population in wartime.

During the event, employees of the Center for Resilience Maryna Ptukhina, Yuriy Chumak, Zhanna Ozatska, and Natalia Petrishcheva presented the main areas of the Center's activities, experience in implementing standardized programs, organizing work on psychosocial support for the population, and the activities of the Mobile Team, which works in remote settlements of the community.

In frontline communities, where people live under constant stress and danger for a long time, the work of preserving the psychological resilience of the population is of particular importance. That is why the development of Resilience Centers, the implementation of psychosocial support programs, and the exchange of experience between specialists today are an important investment in the ability of communities to survive and recover even in the most difficult times.
