It is important for us not only to create a high-quality system of services, but also to ensure conditions for the full reintegration of Defenders into peaceful life. We are grateful to UNDP for cooperation and support. The Chuhuiv community always works ahead to be ready for the challenges of the present and the future," noted Halyna Minaeva.

We would like to remind you that in 2026-2028, UNDP in Ukraine will implement the second phase of the flagship partnership with the European Union «EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine». The project aims to strengthen the capacity of communities in the recovery and sustainable development processes. Its key areas are improving the system of administrative service provision, strengthening public safety, supporting the reintegration of veterans, developing social and medical services, involving youth, expanding citizen participation in decision-making, promoting economic recovery and environmental conservation.

A working group for the implementation of the project has already been established in the Chuhuiv community, which holds regular meetings and coordinates the implementation of specific activities. The strategic session and the current monitoring visit of UNDP representatives have become important stages of joint work on creating an effective system of support for veterans, developing social services, and increasing community resilience.
