The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuyiv districts. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

«"Restoring damaged property is one of the priority issues for the Kharkiv region. Russian occupiers continue to strike at civilian infrastructure facilities, including apartment buildings and private houses. We are actively working with international partners and the Government to rebuild damaged apartment and multi-story buildings. At the same time, residents of these facilities have the opportunity to apply under the eReconstruction program to carry out internal repair work. We are communicating with specialized commissions so that decisions on providing compensation are made promptly," said Oleg Synegubov.

In addition, in 36 territorial communities, commissions have formed 4,516 certificates for compensation for destroyed property worth over 6.2 billion hryvnias.

Using housing certificates, 874 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 654 apartments and 220 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.5 billion hryvnias. In total, 1,290 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
