In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eRecovery program in the Kharkiv region, 46,443 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing have been received. The largest number of applicants came from Izyumsky, Kharkivskyi, and Chuhuyivskyi districts.
29,134 applicants have already received funds for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers, totaling over 2.8 billion hryvnias. Over 34 million hryvnias have been approved and transferred for payment for another 417 residents of the Kharkiv region.
«"During the full-scale invasion, the civilian infrastructure of the Kharkiv region suffered extensive destruction. The Kharkiv OVA, funded by the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, the regional budget, and community funds, is implementing projects to restore damaged apartment buildings. At the same time, residents of these apartment buildings can submit applications under the eReconstruction program to receive funds for internal repair work. We continue to coordinate the activities of specialized commissions to speed up the consideration of applications," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
At the same time, in 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have formed 4,231 certificates for providing compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 5.8 billion hryvnias.
Using housing certificates, 874 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 654 apartments and 220 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.5 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 1,290 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
