▫️According to propagandists, such "flashlights" have already appeared in temporarily occupied Horlivka and may appear in other frontline cities.

✅ This is another Russian propaganda ploy. In fact, such "flashlights" were started to be scattered by the pro-Russian population of the Kharkiv region, as reported by the mayor of Pervomaisk, Mykola Baksheyev.

▫️According to the mayor, inside the device, instead of batteries, there is an explosive that detonates when turned on.
