The State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property includes information on 107,682 objects in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the implementation of the state program "eReconstruction" in the region, 74,109 applications for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of a full-scale war have been registered. The largest number of applications came from residents of the regional center, Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuguyivsky districts.

49,257 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs. The total amount of payments reached more than 5 billion hryvnias. Compensation was agreed for another 435 people and more than 34.6 million hryvnias was transferred for payment.

«"8,976 apartments and 7,781 private houses have already been repaired with the compensation money. The eRecovery program remains the only effective mechanism for compensating residents of the Kharkiv region for losses. We are working with the Government and relevant ministries to ensure that funding is received on time and in full," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

In 45 territorial communities of the region, commissions have formed 11,734 housing certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 15.7 billion hryvnias. In Kharkiv region, 6,078 real estate objects have been purchased, including 5,094 apartments and 984 private houses. The total cost of housing is over 12 billion hryvnias, of which 10 billion have been paid in certificates. A total of 8,485 certificates have already been used.

The vast majority of recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum, Balaklia, Chuhuiv, and Dergachi territorial communities. Some residents of the region used the certificates to purchase housing in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions of Ukraine.
