Today we salute those who hold the Ukrainian sky. Those whose courage, skill, and determination protect the lives of millions of Ukrainians every day.

For Chuguev, the Day of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a special holiday. Our city is rightly called the city of aviators. Generations of military pilots were formed here, the glorious traditions of Ukrainian military aviation were born here, which today are worthily continued by the defenders of the Ukrainian sky.

We are proud of everyone who currently serves in the Air Force, who takes to the skies, repels missile attacks, destroys enemy targets, protects civilians, and brings our Victory closer.

Special gratitude to our fellow countrymen - military pilots, anti-aircraft gunners, engineers, technicians, signalmen, everyone who performs an extremely responsible mission every day. Your professionalism, courage, and loyalty to Ukraine inspire sincere respect.

We bow our heads to the bright memory of the Heroes who gave their lives defending the Ukrainian sky. Their feat will forever remain in the history of our state and in the hearts of grateful Ukrainians.

I wish every Air Force soldier good health, strength of spirit, reliable rear, successful completion of combat missions, and most importantly, always returning home alive.

May the Ukrainian sky become peaceful as soon as possible.

Happy Air Force Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

Sincerely, Head of the Chuguev City Military Administration Galina Minaeva
