Since the start of the state program "Recovery", residents of the Kharkiv region have submitted 73,102 applications for compensation for the repair of damaged housing. 246,944 information messages about damaged property were received through the application and portal "Diya", said the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Synegubov.
Already 48,588 applicants have received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers. The total amount of payments is over 4.9 billion hryvnias. Another 471 applicants have been approved for compensation and transferred funds for payment in the total amount of 37.6 million hryvnias.
«"Information about 106,189 damaged and destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region has already been entered into the State Register. Under the e-Reconstruction program, 8,958 apartments and 7,758 private houses have already been restored in the region. We continue systematic work with the Government, relevant ministries and communities so that residents of the region receive compensation in a timely manner and all processes are as effective as possible," said Oleg Synegubov.
Within the framework of the eVidnovlenie program, 11,679 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 15.6 billion hryvnias were generated in 45 territorial communities of Kharkiv region. In addition, decisions were approved in 12 communities to provide monetary compensation for the construction of new housing.
Housing certificate holders have already purchased 6,072 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region, including 5,088 apartments and 984 private houses. The total cost of the purchased housing exceeds 12 billion hryvnias, of which almost 10 billion hryvnias were paid for with housing certificates.
In total, more than 8,480 housing certificates issued for destroyed property in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Commissions continue to work in all 56 communities of the region to consider issues of providing compensation for damaged and destroyed housing.
