Recently, a new service was introduced at the Center for Administrative Services of the Chuguiv City Council - state registration of marriage. From now on, citizens can submit an application and officially register their marriage through the ASC. And on June 26, the community held its first outdoor marriage registration ceremony, organized at the Image Cultural Center.

It was on this day that Oleksandr and Alina united their destinies. Oleksandr is currently defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Defense Forces, and Alina came to him from the Dnipropetrovsk region. To register their marriage, the lovers deliberately chose the Kharkiv region - the front-line Chuhuiv, which became a special place for them to begin their joint family life. And the symbolic date - 06/26/2026 - made this day even more memorable.

To make this event forever memorable for the newlyweds, a truly festive atmosphere was prepared for them. A photo zone was set up in the Image Cultural Center, and live music added a special atmosphere to the ceremony. At the most important moment, Alexander and Alina exchanged wedding rings, and later performed their first wedding dance.

On behalf of the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Halyna Minaeva, her deputy, Igor Shepelev, congratulated the newlyweds, wishing the couple strong love, mutual understanding, family comfort, and most importantly, living under the peaceful Ukrainian sky.

This story once again reminds us: even when war has become part of everyday life, people do not stop loving, creating families, dreaming, and building a future. And the community, in turn, strives to make the most important moments in people's lives special, warm, and unforgettable.
