The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine is selecting service providers to implement state programs to support the Defenders of Ukraine within the framework of pilot projects.
Municipal non-profit and private healthcare enterprises, as well as individual entrepreneurs working in relevant areas of service provision, are invited to participate.
Currently, the involvement of service providers within the following projects is ongoing:
– An experimental project on the provision of adaptation services to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and completely or partially lost their sight, which is being implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 22, 2025 No. 1060;
– An experimental project on the provision of long-term medical care services to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which is being implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10/23/2025 No. 1365;
– Experimental project on the provision of services 3 to strengthen the capabilities of certain categories of persons with disabilities who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which is implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.11.2025 No. 1476; Experimental project on the provision of services for the correction of cicatricial skin changes after injuries, burns to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which is implemented in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 26.11.2025 No. 1610;
– Providing psychological assistance to war veterans, their family members and certain other categories of persons, which is implemented in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11/29/2022 No. 1338; Experimental project on the provision of medical and psychological support services to certain categories of persons who defended the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and have disorders resulting from the use of psychoactive substances, including alcohol, which is implemented in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 02/11/2026 No. 195.
Participation in projects is an opportunity for service providers to join the implementation of state programs to support veterans and receive payment for the assistance provided to the Defenders of Ukraine.
