The Chuguiv community continues to work on attracting public funds to support the local economy and develop the municipal sector. One of the important areas of such cooperation is participation in the programs of the State Employment Service.

The day before, the head of the Chuhuiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, held a working meeting with the head of the Chuhuiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Kateryna Gass. The heads of the community's utility companies also joined the discussion.

The meeting discussed the opportunities that the state provides today to support enterprises and the population. In particular, these include grant programs, the organization of community and socially useful works, retraining programs, employment of internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, citizens aged 50+, and other categories of the population.

Halyna Minaeva emphasized the need to make maximum use of state support instruments, as such cooperation has a double effect for the community. On the one hand, it is an opportunity for enterprises to save their own funds and direct them to the development and support of employees, and on the other hand, it is the creation of new jobs, which is especially important in today's conditions.

Separately, the constructive position of the Chuguiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center was noted, which actively offers cooperation mechanisms and helps the community effectively use state programs.

In the future, the community plans to strengthen information and awareness-raising work regarding participation in employment service programs not only among municipal enterprises, but also among business representatives and residents.
