The Sloboda Tactical Group appeals to able-bodied individuals with the aim of involving them in socially useful work. 

Conditions for involvement: age - from 18 to 70 years; health status - without restrictions on work under martial law; population categories - registered unemployed and other unemployed persons, including internally displaced persons; employees of enterprises (with the approval of management), self-employed persons; university students, pupils and trainees of vocational and technical educational institutions.

List of works: cutting down bushes, removing vegetation; clearing areas of household waste; landscaping earthworks after the work of heavy earthmoving equipment.

Areas of work: Dergachivska, Malodanylivska, Vilkhivska, Tsyrkunivska, Rohanska, Novopokrovska, Bezlyudivska, Solonytsivska territorial communities.

During the performance of socially useful works, an employment contract is concluded with each employee for a specified period. Payment is provided in accordance with the terms of remuneration established for the profession (position) to which the employee is assigned, and the amount of payment, in the event of the performance of the work norm, cannot be lower than the minimum wage established on the date of its accrual.

Persons involved in community service are covered by state social guarantees provided for by current legislation: 

• if a person has the status of unemployed, participation in community and other temporary work at the direction of the employment service does not deprive him of the status of unemployed;
• if a person has the status of unemployed and receives unemployment benefits, then it is retained for him/her;
• The period of participation in community service and other temporary work is included in the insurance period.
