The State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property includes information on 102,229 objects in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the implementation of the state program "eReconstruction" in the region, 69,010 applications for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of a full-scale war have been registered. The largest number of applications came from residents of the regional center, Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuguyivsky districts.

45,687 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs. The total amount of payments reached more than 4.6 billion hryvnias. Compensation was approved for another 1,230 people and more than 91.9 million hryvnias were transferred for payment.

«"7,906 apartments and 7,158 houses have already been repaired with the compensation money. The eRecovery program remains the only effective mechanism for compensating residents of the Kharkiv region for losses. We are coordinating and accelerating the work of specialized commissions so that residents of the Kharkiv region can receive compensation faster, begin restoration work, or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

In 44 territorial communities of the region, commissions have formed 10,366 housing certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 14 billion hryvnias. In Kharkiv region, 5,770 real estate objects have been purchased, including 4,828 apartments and 942 private houses. The total cost of housing is over 11.5 billion hryvnias, of which 9.4 billion have been paid in certificates. A total of 8,090 certificates have already been used. 

The vast majority of recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum, Balaklia, Chuhuiv, and Dergachi territorial communities. Some residents of the region used the certificates to purchase housing in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions of Ukraine.
