Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov took part in a ceremony honoring the memory of fallen heroes in the War for Independence of Ukraine. The event was attended by families of fallen Defenders, their loved ones, servicemen, representatives of public organizations, and youth.

«"It was thanks to their courage and heroism that the state withstood the toughest battles so that Ukrainian children, the new generation, had a future in their state. We continue to implement state and regional veterans' policies so that the families of fallen and missing soldiers are not left alone with pain and always feel supported," said Oleg Synegubov. 

The head of the Kharkiv OVA presented state awards to 35 families of Defenders of Ukraine who laid down their lives for the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of the state.
