Within the framework of the e-Restoration program, commissions in 44 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have formed 10,286 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 13.8 billion hryvnias, said the head of the HOVA, Oleg Synegubov.
Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 5,628 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region: 4,713 apartments and 915 private houses. The cost of the purchased property exceeds 11.2 billion hryvnias, of which over 9.2 billion was paid for with the program funds.
A total of 7,952 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izyum, Dergachiv, and Balakliya territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions.
«"For housing repairs within the framework of the state program, 45,172 applicants have already received more than 4.5 billion hryvnias. For another 1,268 people, compensation has been approved and transferred for payment in the amount of more than 110.1 million hryvnias. Under the e-Renovation program, 7,831 apartments and 7,079 private houses have already been renovated in the Kharkiv region. We are communicating with the Government and relevant ministries regarding the financing of the program so that applicants receive compensation and begin restoration work as soon as possible," said Oleg Synegubov.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the Kharkiv region, 68,449 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of the regional center, Kharkiv, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 234,503 information reports about damaged and destroyed property have been submitted through the application and the Diya portal.
