Within the framework of the e-Restoration program, specialized commissions in 43 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have formed 10,064 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 13.6 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the HOVA, Oleg Synegubov.

Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 5,501 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region: 4,607 apartments and 894 private houses. The cost of the purchased property exceeds 11 billion hryvnias, of which more than 9 billion was paid for with the program funds.

A total of 7,825 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izyum, Dergachiv, and Balakliya territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions.

«"For housing repairs within the framework of the state program, 45,172 applicants have already received more than 4.5 billion hryvnias. For another 954 people, compensation has been approved and transferred for payment in the amount of more than 81.5 million hryvnias. Under the eReconstruction program, 7,800 apartments and 7,020 private houses have already been restored in the Kharkiv region. We are accelerating the work of the commissions so that applicants receive compensation as soon as possible and can begin restoration work or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the Kharkiv region, 67,826 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of the regional center, Kharkiv, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 232,756 information reports about damaged and destroyed property have been submitted through the application and portal Diya.

According to the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of a Full-Scale Invasion, over 100,000 real estate properties in the Kharkiv region require reconstruction.
