Within the framework of the eRecovery program, specialized commissions in 42 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have formed 9,794 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 13.2 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the HOVA, Oleg Synegubov.
Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 5,293 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region: 4,427 apartments and 866 private houses. The cost of the purchased property exceeds 10.6 billion hryvnias, of which 8.6 billion was paid for with the program funds.
A total of 7,645 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balaklia territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions.
«"For housing repairs within the framework of the state program, 45,146 applicants have already received more than 4.5 billion hryvnias. For another 309 people, compensation has been approved and transferred for payment in the amount of more than 28.8 million hryvnias. Under the e-Renovation program, 7,625 apartments and 6,925 private houses have already been renovated in the Kharkiv region. We are accelerating the work of the commissions so that applicants receive compensation as soon as possible and can begin renovation work or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the Kharkiv region, 66,884 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of the regional center, Kharkiv, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 229,808 information reports about damaged and destroyed property have been submitted through the application and portal Diya.
According to the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of a Full-Scale Invasion, almost 100,000 real estate properties in the Kharkiv region require reconstruction.
