Within the framework of the "eReconstruction" program, specialized commissions in 41 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have generated 9,217 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of almost 12.5 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the Housing and Urban Development Agency, Oleg Synegubov.

Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 4,903 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region - 4,074 apartments and 829 private houses. The cost of the purchased property is almost 10 billion hryvnias, of which 8 billion was paid for with the program funds.

A total of 7,118 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum, Balaklia, Chuhuiv, and Dergachiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions.

«"The implementation of the "eReconstruction" program remains one of the priorities of the Kharkiv Regional Development Office. For housing repairs within the framework of the state program, 43,657 applicants have already received over 4.4 billion hryvnias. 6,993 apartments and 6,422 private houses have already been restored in the region. We continue to coordinate and accelerate the work of specialized commissions so that residents of the region promptly receive funds for repairs, and those who lost their real estate due to the actions of the Russian occupiers have certificates for the purchase of new housing," said Oleg Synegubov.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the "eReconstruction" program in Kharkiv region, 65,380 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 225,169 information reports about damaged and destroyed property have been submitted through the application and portal "Diya".

According to the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of a Full-Scale Invasion, over 97,000 real estate properties in the Kharkiv region require reconstruction.
