Compensation recipients in the Kharkiv region purchased over 4,800 real estate properties — Oleg Synegubov

Within the framework of the eRecovery program, specialized commissions in 41 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have formed 9,208 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 12.4 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the HOVA, Oleg Synegubov.

Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 4,802 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region - 3,988 apartments and 814 private houses. The cost of the purchased property exceeds 9.7 billion hryvnias, of which 7.8 billion was paid for with the program funds.

A total of 6,815 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate in the region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balaklia territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions.

«"For housing repairs within the framework of the state program, 43,655 applicants have already received more than 4.4 billion hryvnias. For another 244 people, compensation has been approved and transferred for payment for more than 30.9 million hryvnias. Under the eVidnovlenie program, 6,967 apartments and 6,368 private houses have already been restored in the Kharkiv region. We are accelerating the work of the commissions so that applicants receive compensation as soon as possible and can begin restoration work or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in Kharkiv region, 65,002 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of Kharkiv, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts. At the same time, 223,482 information reports about damaged and destroyed property have been submitted through the application and portal Diya.

According to the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of a Full-Scale Invasion, over 97,000 real estate properties in the Kharkiv region require reconstruction.
