The State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property includes information on 96,880 objects in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the implementation of the state program "eRecovery" in the region, 64,604 applications for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of a full-scale war have been registered. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuguyivsky districts. This was reported by the head of the KHOVA, Oleg Synegubov.

43,101 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs. The total amount of payments reached more than 4.3 billion hryvnias. Compensation was approved for another 579 people and more than 51.2 million hryvnias were transferred for payment.

«"Implementation of the eReconstruction program in the Kharkiv region is one of the priority tasks of the team of the regional military administration and structural units. 6,935 apartments and 6,342 private houses have already been repaired with compensation funds. We are coordinating and accelerating the work of specialized commissions so that residents of the Kharkiv region can receive compensation faster and begin restoration work or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov. 

In 41 territorial communities of the region, the commissions also formed 9,150 housing certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 12.4 billion hryvnias. In the Kharkiv region, 4,754 real estate objects were purchased, including 3,947 apartments and 807 private houses. The total cost of housing is over 9.7 billion hryvnias, of which 7.7 billion was paid in certificates. A total of 6,765 certificates have already been used. 

The vast majority of recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum, Balaklia, Chuhuiv, and Dergachi territorial communities. Some residents of the region used the certificates to purchase housing in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other regions of Ukraine.
