In 40 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have formed 8,390 certificates for receiving compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 11.2 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the HOVA, Oleg Synegubov.

Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 4,224 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region — 3,487 apartments and 737 private houses. The cost of the purchased property is over 8.7 billion hryvnias.

«"6,187 recipients of compensation for destroyed housing from the Kharkiv region used housing certificates. The majority purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balaklia communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions. We are accelerating the work of the commissions so that applicants can receive compensation as soon as possible and begin restoration work or purchase new housing," said Oleg Synegubov.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eRecovery program in Kharkiv region, 62,178 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Izyum districts. 40,407 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing for a total amount of over 4.1 billion hryvnias.
