Within the framework of the e-Restoration program, specialized commissions in 39 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have issued 8,174 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 10.9 billion hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the KHOV, Oleg Synegubov.

Recipients of compensation, using housing certificates, purchased 3,906 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region — 3,221 apartments and 685 private houses. The cost of the purchased property is over 8.2 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 5,830 housing certificates issued for destroyed real estate objects in the region have already been used.

Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balaklia territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Thanks to compensation under the eRecovery program, residents of the Kharkiv region have already renovated over 10.7 thousand objects: 5,256 apartments and 5,503 private houses. The Kharkiv region continues to occupy leading positions in the implementation of the program. We are working closely with the Government, the Office of the President of Ukraine, and relevant ministries to fully finance eRecovery in the region," said Oleg Synegubov.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eRepair program in Kharkiv region, 61,499 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing have been submitted. The largest number of applications came from residents of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Izyum districts.

In addition, through the Diya application and portal, residents of the region submitted 214,389 information reports about damaged real estate.

40,167 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing, totaling over 4 billion hryvnias. Also, specialized commissions have decided to provide compensation to another 442 individuals, totaling over 40.1 million hryvnias.
