The Chuguiv City Military Administration informs business entities about the established restrictions on the circulation of alcoholic beverages during the period of martial law:

1. The sale of alcoholic beverages and other alcohol-containing substances is prohibited after the start of curfew.

The curfew in the region is determined by the military command (currently from 00:00 to 05:00), and during this time any alcohol trade is a violation of the law.

2. The sale of alcoholic beverages to military personnel is prohibited.

This requirement applies throughout the Kharkiv region and is subject to strict control.

In this regard, we call on community entrepreneurs to strictly comply with the requirements of current legislation and decisions of the military administration. Violation of the established rules entails liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Compliance with these requirements is aimed at maintaining law and order and security in the community.
