Dear residents of the Chuguiv community!

I sincerely congratulate you on the National Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine! These are holidays that embody the very essence of our statehood and remind us of the path we have traveled as a nation.

These days, we proudly bow our heads to the history of our people, to all generations of Ukrainians who dreamed and fought for a free, strong, and independent state.

The independence of Ukraine is not just a document proclaimed in 1991. It is the living energy of our nation, pulsating in the hearts of each of us. It is the right to be masters of our own land, to speak our own language, to live by our own laws, and to determine our own future. And today, when the enemy is trying to take this freedom away from us, we prove to the whole world: the Ukrainian people will never surrender.

Our Flag is a blue-yellow symbol of life and light, of the sky and the grain field. It flutters over the positions of our soldiers, over the destroyed but invincible cities, over every home where faith in victory burns. Under this Flag we go towards our common goal – a liberated, strong and happy Ukraine.

Dear defenders! You are the pride of the nation, those who hold our Independence on their shoulders. Dear community residents! Each of you is a part of this struggle: some are on the front lines, some at work, some volunteering and helping others. Together we are an invincible force.

We will stand. We will win. We will build the Ukraine that our ancestors dreamed of and that our children deserve.
