In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Restoration program in the Kharkiv region, 7,549 certificates for compensation for destroyed real estate objects have been formed by specialized commissions in 38 territorial communities for a total amount of more than 10 billion hryvnias.

Currently, using housing certificates, compensation recipients have purchased 3,421 homes in the Kharkiv region - 2,854 apartments and 567 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 7.4 billion hryvnias. More than 4,980 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"In 55 communities of the Kharkiv region, there are commissions to consider issues regarding the provision of compensation for damaged real estate. Currently, information on 88,996 objects has been entered into the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of the Military Aggression of the Russian Federation, of which 45,784 are buildings, 42,323 are premises, and 889 are engineering structures. The Kharkiv OVA continues to coordinate the work of specialized commissions so that applicants promptly receive funds for restoration or housing certificates," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov. 

Within the framework of the eVidnovlenie program, residents of the Kharkiv region submitted 58,879 applications for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers. The largest number of applications were submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky, and Chuhuyivsky districts.

In addition, through the application and portal Diya, residents of the region submitted 208,112 information reports about damaged housing. 

34,766 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of damaged homes for a total amount of more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. For another 3,140 people, compensation has been approved and transferred for payment in the amount of more than 245.2 million hryvnias.
