Since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Recovery program in 37 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 7,374 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 9.7 billion hryvnias.

Currently, 2,975 real estate objects have been purchased in the Kharkiv region using housing certificates - 2,472 apartments and 503 private residential buildings. The total value of the purchased property is over 6.7 billion hryvnias. More than 4,350 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Work is underway in the Kharkiv region to fill in the State Register of property damaged and destroyed as a result of military aggression. The Register has already included information on the damage and destruction of 87,738 objects, of which 45,347 are buildings, 41,519 are premises, and 873 are engineering structures. The state program eVindolnosti remains the only effective mechanism for compensating the civilian population for reconstruction, repair, or purchase of new housing. Kharkiv region occupies a leading position in the implementation of the program. We are closely cooperating with the Government, the Office of the President of Ukraine, and relevant ministries to fully finance the program in the region," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

Residents of the Kharkiv region submitted 57,804 applications for financial assistance to repair homes damaged by shelling by Russian occupiers. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuiv districts.

In addition, through the application and portal Diya, residents of the Kharkiv region sent 205,871 information messages about damaged real estate. 

34,766 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs, totaling more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. Compensation for another 2,102 applicants has been approved and transferred for payment, totaling more than 161.2 million hryvnias.
