Within the framework of the eVidnovlenie program in Kharkiv region, 57,324 applications were submitted for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuguyivsky districts. Also, 204,925 information messages about damaged real estate were received through the application and portal Diya.
34,696 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs for a total amount of more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. Compensation for another 1,259 residents of the Kharkiv region has been approved and transferred for payment for more than 98.8 million hryvnias.
«"Currently, in the Kharkiv region, the State Register of Property Damaged and Destroyed as a Result of the Military Aggression of the Russian Occupiers has information on 87,237 objects, of which 45,167 are buildings, 41,211 are premises, and 859 are engineering structures. The enemy strikes the civilian infrastructure of the region every day, as a result of which the number of damaged and destroyed apartment, multi-storey and private residential buildings is systematically increasing. The state compensation program eVdinovlenie remains the only effective mechanism for compensating the civilian population for losses. We continue to work with the Government on full financing of the program in the Kharkiv region," said the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Recovery program, specialized commissions in 37 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have issued 7,257 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of over 9.5 billion hryvnias.
Currently, 2,841 real estate objects have been purchased in the Kharkiv region using housing certificates - 2,337 apartments and 485 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is more than 6.5 billion hryvnias. In total, compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have used more than 4,140 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the region. Most applicants purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
