Since the beginning of the implementation of the state program "E-Restoration" in 37 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 7,257 certificates for compensation for completely destroyed property for a total amount of more than 9.5 billion hryvnias.
Using housing certificates, applicants purchased 2,841 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region - 2,337 apartments and 485 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased property is more than 6.5 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 4,140 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
«"The number of damaged residential facilities is increasing every day, as the occupiers are striking at civilian infrastructure. Almost 45 thousand apartment, multi-storey and private houses have been damaged or destroyed. Therefore, the state program eVdinovlenie currently remains the only mechanism for compensating homeowners for losses. In 55 communities, commissions are operating to consider issues regarding the provision of compensation for damaged real estate. We are accelerating the work of commissions to consider applications for compensation so that applicants receive compensation as soon as possible and begin restoration work before the beginning of the autumn-winter period," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
At the same time, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 56,967 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by Russian invaders. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuiv districts.
Also, 204,072 information messages about damaged real estate were received through the Diya application and portal.
34,696 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs for a total amount of more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. Compensation for another 1,259 residents of the Kharkiv region has been approved and transferred for payment for more than 98.8 million hryvnias.
