In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Restoration program in 37 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 7,196 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 9.4 billion hryvnias.

Currently, 2,805 real estate objects have been purchased in the Kharkiv region using housing certificates - 2,319 apartments and 486 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased property is over 4.9 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 4,140 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Implementation of the state program eRecovery is one of the priority areas of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. In 55 communities, commissions are operating to consider issues regarding the provision of compensation for damaged real estate. We coordinate and accelerate their work so that applicants can promptly receive compensation and begin restoration work. We also continue communication with the Government and relevant ministries regarding full financing of the program in the region," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov. 

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in Kharkiv region, 56,467 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuhuyivsky districts.

At the same time, through the application and portal Diya, residents of the Kharkiv region sent 202,955 information messages about damaged property. 

34,696 applicants have already received financial assistance for home repairs for a total amount of over 3.5 billion hryvnias. Compensation has been approved for another 1,259 applicants and funds have been transferred for payment for a total amount of over 98.8 million hryvnias.
