Since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Recovery program in 37 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 7,053 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 9.3 billion hryvnias.

Currently, using housing certificates, applicants have purchased 2,746 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region - 2,269 apartments and 477 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is more than 
4.8 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 4,080 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balaklia territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"As a result of each attack by the Russian occupiers on civilian infrastructure and the housing sector, we have numerous damages to apartment buildings and private houses. Therefore, the implementation of the state program is one of the priority tasks in the Kharkiv region. Currently, commissions are operating in 55 communities of the region to consider issues regarding the provision of compensation for damaged real estate. We coordinate and accelerate their work so that applicants promptly receive funds to repair their homes or have the opportunity to purchase new property at the expense of housing certificates," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program, residents of the Kharkiv region have submitted 56,116 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuhuyivsky districts.

At the same time, 202,189 information reports about damage to housing were received through the Diya application and portal. 

34,669 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers, totaling more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. For another 949 applicants, compensation was approved by specialized commissions and funds were transferred for payment, totaling more than 74 million hryvnias.
