Within the framework of the e-Restoration program in the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions in 37 territorial communities have generated 6,946 certificates for compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 9.1 billion hryvnias.
Currently, using housing certificates, applicants have purchased 2,689 real estate objects in the Kharkiv region - 2,219 apartments and 470 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is more than 4.7 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 3,900 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the Kharkiv region have already been used. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Balakliysk territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

The housing sector - apartment buildings and private houses - is experiencing significant damage and destruction. The Kharkiv region is a leader in the implementation of the eRecovery program. We continue to communicate with the relevant ministries and the Government so that the program is fully funded in the region. At the same time, we coordinate the work of the compensation commissions so that applicants promptly receive funds and begin repairing damaged property or receive housing certificates," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
55,709 applications were submitted for financial assistance to repair damaged housing in the Kharkiv region. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky, and Chuhuyivsky districts.
Also, residents of the region submitted 201,323 reports of damaged property through the Diya application and portal.
34,560 applicants have already received funds for home repairs totaling more than 3.5 billion hryvnias. Compensation has been approved for another 712 applicants and funds have been transferred for payment in the amount of more than 69.4 million hryvnias.
