Dear residents of the Chuguiv community!

I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of Ukraine - a holiday that symbolizes independence, democracy, and the rule of law in our state.

Today, when Ukraine is experiencing the most difficult trials in its recent history, the significance of the Fundamental Law takes on a special depth. The Constitution is not just a legal document. It is the foundation of our freedom, our dignity, our rights and responsibilities. It is for these values that Ukrainians defend their land from the aggressor.

Kharkiv region is on the front lines of this struggle. Every day, our military, doctors, volunteers, energy workers, rescuers, teachers, and each of you demonstrate resilience, fortitude, and loyalty to the principles enshrined in the Constitution. We have not broken. We are united. We will win.

On this day, I wish you good health, faith, indomitability, and peaceful skies. May law and justice always be the foundation of our lives – in a free, strong, European Ukraine!
