Notification of the formation of a tender commission to consider tender proposals and make a decision on determining the winner(s) of the tender for the collection and transportation of the relevant type of household waste from the territory of the Chuguiv urban territorial community

In accordance with the order of the head of the Chuguiv city military administration of the Chuguiv district of the Kharkiv region dated 01.05.2025 No. 443, a tender commission was formed to consider tender proposals and make a decision on determining the winner (winners) of the tender for the collection and transportation of the relevant type of household waste from the territory of the Chuguiv city territorial community and its personnel composition was approved:

Head of the competition committee:

BARMIN Kostyantyn, Deputy Mayor for the activities of the council's executive bodies;

Deputy Chairman of the Competition Commission:

KASHCHAVTSEV Igor, Deputy Mayor for the activities of the council's executive bodies;

Secretary of the competition committee:

TKACHENKO Gennady, Head of the Landscaping and Ecology Service of the Housing, Communal Services and Ecology Department of the Chuguiv City Council;

Members of the competition committee:

GORSHKOV Volodymyr, Head of the Legal Support Service of the Executive Committee of the Chuguiv City Council;

GUSEV Ivan, Head of the Department of Housing, Communal Services and Ecology of the Chuguiv City Council;

Alina ZABOLOTSKA, Chief Specialist - Legal Advisor of the Department of Housing, Communal Services and Ecology of the Chuguiv City Council;

KRAVCHENKO Yana, Head of the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the Chuhuiv City Council;

SKASKIV Olena, head of the communal housing repair and maintenance enterprise of the city of Chuguev;

Vitaliy CHOLOMBYTKO, Head of the Department of Communal Property and Land Relations of the Chuhuiv City Council;

MYKHAYLOVA Olga, headman of the Kamyanoyaruzsky headman district;

SHEPELEV Igor, Deputy Head of the Chuguev City Military Administration.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 25, 2023 No. 918 "On Approval of the Procedure for Conducting a Competition for the Collection and Transportation of Household Waste" - the competition commission may include (with consent) representatives of the territorial body of the State Service for the Protection of Food, Agriculture and Rural Development, enterprises, institutions and organizations that produce, perform and/or provide housing and communal services, associations of co-owners of apartment buildings and self-organization bodies of the population, as well as officials of the relevant local government body and/or executive authority.

Persons wishing to participate in the work of the competition commission must notify the head of the competition commission of this intention no later than five days before the date of the competition. 06.06.2025 in any form by submitting a personal application, or a message to the e-mail of the Chuguiv City Council of the Kharkiv region.
