The Chuhuiv community continues to work in various state programs for restoration and energy efficiency. One example of successful participation in such programs is the Sofronia-104 condominium. Here, after last year's shelling, the roof was seriously damaged and a large number of windows were broken. Thanks to the participation of the Sofronia-104 condominium in the VidnovyDIM program from the Energy Efficiency Fund, the roof of the building has now been completely renovated. New windows have also been installed to replace those broken by the explosions in apartments whose owners provided access to them.

On April 25, 2025, the head of the Chuguiv city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, met with the head of the board of "Sophronia-104" Tetyana Bodnaryuk. They discussed further steps in the development of this condominium.

– It is nice that this building is inhabited by residents who are not indifferent to its fate, and the board consists of real leaders, – notes Galina Minaeva. – I will repeat once again: condominium associations whose leaders and residents are interested in preserving and improving their buildings and show appropriate initiative will always receive maximum and priority assistance from the city authorities.
