Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

According to the investigation, on April 10, between 3:00 and 4:40, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the city of Chuguiv with five UAVs.

A non-working civilian enterprise, a church, and residential buildings were damaged.

A 24-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction.

It has been previously established that the Russian army used the Geran-2 UAV.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
