Харківська адміністрація повідомляє, що 1525 об’єктів нерухомості придбано за допомогою житлових сертифікатів.

Within the framework of the eRecovery program, commissions in 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region have formed 5,556 certificates for the provision of compensation for completely destroyed property for a total amount of more than 7.5 billion hryvnias.

Using housing certificates, 1,525 real estate objects were purchased - 1,206 apartments and 319 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased property is over 2.5 billion hryvnias. In total, applicants from the Kharkiv region used 2,305 housing certificates received for destroyed real estate objects in the region. Most of the compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest - in the territory of Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Implementation of the eRecovery program in the Kharkiv region is one of the priority areas of the HOVA team. Currently, this is the only effective tool for compensation for damaged real estate of our residents. We coordinate and accelerate the work of specialized commissions so that applicants promptly receive funds for restoration. At the same time, we systematically communicate with the Government and specialized ministries so that the eRecovery program in the Kharkiv region is fully funded," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

Since the beginning of the implementation of the eReconstruction program in Kharkiv region, 49,845 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky and Chuhuyivsky districts.

31,688 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers, totaling more than 3.1 billion hryvnias. Another 411 applicants have been awarded compensation and funds totaling more than 47.1 million hryvnias have been transferred for payment.
