In 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 4,836 certificates for compensation for destroyed property under the e-Restoration program for the amount of more than 6.6 billion hryvnias.

Currently, using housing certificates, applicants from Kharkiv region have purchased 1,029 real estate objects - 810 apartments and 219 private residential buildings. The cost of housing is almost 1.8 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 1,550 compensation recipients from Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates. The majority purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest - in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Currently, in all 56 communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have been created and are functioning to accept and consider applications for compensation within the framework of the eRestoration program. In each community, work has been accelerated to collect information on damaged and destroyed property as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and sabotage caused by the Russian occupiers. The implementation of the eRestoration program in the region remains a priority and the only effective mechanism for compensating for losses," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 48,323 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyum, Kharkiv and Chuguiv districts. 30,863 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged as a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers, for a total amount of over 3.1 billion hryvnias. Applications for another 366 people have been approved and transferred for payment of funds for more than 30.9 million hryvnias.
