«Over 1,500 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region used the housing certificate,» – Oleg Synegubov

Since the beginning of the implementation of the e-Restoration program in 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 4,707 certificates for compensation for completely destroyed property in the amount of 6.4 billion hryvnias.

Currently, 977 real estate objects have been purchased in the Kharkiv region using housing certificates - 767 apartments and 210 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is more than 1.7 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 1,500 compensation recipients in the region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Supporting the affected population of the Kharkiv region is one of the priority areas of the work of the regional military administration team. Currently, specialized commissions for considering applications for compensation under the e-Recovery program have been created and are functioning in all 56 communities of the Kharkiv region. We coordinate the work of these commissions, accelerate this process, and also work with specialized ministries and the Government to ensure that the program is consistently funded in the Kharkiv region," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration. 

In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 47,984 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky, and Chuhuyivsky districts. 

30,446 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers, totaling more than 3 billion hryvnias. For another 636 applicants, payments have been approved by specialized commissions and transferred for payment, totaling more than 57 million hryvnias.
