In total, in 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have issued 4,613 certificates for compensation for completely destroyed property worth more than 6.3 billion hryvnias.

Currently, within the framework of the program "Recovery using housing certificates", 947 real estate objects have been purchased in the territory of Kharkiv region - 743 apartments and 204 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.6 billion hryvnias. In total, 1,484 compensation recipients from Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.

«"Kharkiv region is among the leaders in the implementation of the Restoration program. This work remains a priority, because the Russian occupiers caused large-scale destruction precisely to the housing stock of the region. The Kharkiv OVA team is conducting systematic communication with specialized commissions so that the affected residents of the region receive funds for the restoration of damaged housing or certificates for the purchase of new homes. We are also working with specialized ministries for the systematic and sustainable financing of the program in the region," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov. 

In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eVidnovlenie program in the region, 47,719 applications have been submitted for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications came from residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuyiv districts. 

Within the framework of the program "Recovery", 30,335 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers. Over 3 billion hryvnias have been credited to the accounts of the applicants. More than 48.8 million hryvnias have been transferred for payment to another 493 applicants.
