Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

According to the investigation, on January 13, at around 7:00 p.m., Russian troops attacked the city of Chuguiv with a strike drone.

The UAV hit a five-story building in the courtyard. The windows were broken and a car was damaged.

A 1-year-old 7-month-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction. Doctors provided assistance to the child.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military.
