The municipal enterprise "Chuguyivvoda" announces its intention to change tariffs and informs consumers of the estimated tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services for all consumer groups.

Guided by the Law of Ukraine «On Housing and Communal Services», the Laws of Ukraine «On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply», «On Water Drainage and Wastewater Treatment», Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.06.2011 No. 869 «On Ensuring a Unified Approach to the Formation of Tariffs for Utility Services» (as amended), Orders of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine dated 06.06.2018 No. 130 «On Approval of the Procedure for Informing Consumers of the Intention to Change Prices/Tariffs for Utility Services with Substantiation of Such Necessity», dated 12.09.2018 No. 239 «On Consideration by Local Self-Government Bodies of Calculations of Tariffs for Thermal Energy, Its Production, Transportation and Supply, as Well as Calculations of Tariffs for Utility Services Submitted for Their Establishment», the Municipal Enterprise «Chuguyivvoda» appealed to the Chuguyiv City Military District administration with a request to accept the application and a set of documents for consideration and setting tariffs for all consumer groups.

Currently, the Chuguyivvoda Municipal Enterprise makes payments at the rates established by the Order of the Head of the Chuguyiv City Military Administration dated September 25, 2024 No. 1273. Since the last approval of the current tariff, the following cost structure indicators have changed, in particular:

• In accordance with the Resolution of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors No. 2335 dated 12/24/2024, from January 1, 2025, the Kharkivvodokanal Municipal Enterprise will charge for purchased water at a rate of UAH 14.72 per 1 cubic meter excluding VAT.

The above information is the main motive for reviewing the current tariffs.

Tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services are developed in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 869 dated June 1, 2011. The draft tariffs for various groups of consumers of the Chuguyivvoda Commune are:

for the population:

• for centralized water supply services – 31.62 UAH per 1 m³ (including VAT),
• for centralized wastewater services – 22.62 UAH per 1 m³ (including VAT) – unchanged,

for budgetary institutions and organizations and other consumers:

• for centralized water supply services – 98.58 UAH per 1 m³ (including VAT),
• for centralized wastewater services – UAH 89.52 per 1 m³ (including VAT) – unchanged.

The tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater services for all consumer groups that have been developed and submitted for consideration are economically justified. Thus, the establishment of new tariffs will enable the enterprise to pay the current payment for purchased water and taxes and reduce accounts payable.
