Attention business entities that trade in alcoholic beverages!

Under martial law in the territory of the Kharkiv region, the joint Order of the heads of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the Kharkiv Military Garrison dated 05/16/2022 No. 08V «On the prohibition of trade in alcoholic beverages and substances produced on the basis of alcohol, under the legal regime of martial law in the Kharkiv region» (as amended), clause 2 prohibits:

• sale of alcoholic beverages and alcohol-based substances (except for medicines permitted for use and included in the State Register of Medicines of Ukraine and disinfectants) to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies, special-purpose bodies with law enforcement functions, persons performing functions to ensure the security and defense of Ukraine, or persons who have external signs of belonging to these formations (presence of military uniform, weapons, special equipment, etc.).

We emphasize: during the period of martial law, the sale of alcoholic beverages is allowed ONLY to civilians. The sale of alcohol in stores, retail outlets, and public catering establishments to people in military uniform is PROHIBITED!
