In total, since the beginning of the implementation of the eRecovery program in the Kharkiv region, 46,443 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing have been received. The largest number of applicants came from Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuiv districts.

28,815 applicants have already received funds for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers, totaling more than 2.8 billion hryvnias. Funds totaling more than 51.6 million hryvnias have been approved and transferred for payment for another 606 residents of the Kharkiv region. 

«"Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the civilian infrastructure and housing sector of the Kharkiv region have been under attack by the Russian occupiers. Currently, the only effective mechanism for restoring damaged housing remains the state program eVidnovlenie. The Kharkiv OVA coordinates the activities of specialized commissions so that decisions on the payment of compensation are made promptly," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov. 

At the same time, in 36 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region, specialized commissions have formed 4,129 certificates for providing compensation for destroyed property for a total amount of more than 5.7 billion hryvnias. 

Using housing certificates, 874 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 654 apartments and 220 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.5 billion hryvnias. In total, more than 1,290 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
