In total, since the start of the eVidnovlenie program, residents of the Kharkiv region have submitted 45,970 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyumsky, Kharkivsky, and Chuhuyivsky districts.
28,129 applicants have already received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the Russian occupiers, totaling more than 2.8 billion hryvnias. Compensation has been approved for 667 applicants and funds totaling more than 62.4 million hryvnias have been transferred for payment.
«"We continue to coordinate and accelerate the consideration of applications by specialized commissions so that applicants can restore their property or purchase new ones as soon as possible. The eRecovery program remains the only effective mechanism for compensation for damaged or destroyed housing," said Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Also, in 36 territorial communities, commissions have formed 3,944 certificates for the provision of compensation for completely destroyed property in the amount of 5.4 billion hryvnias.
Using housing certificates, 873 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 653 apartments and 220 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.5 billion hryvnias. In total, 1,290 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
