In total, the specialized commissions received 45,970 applications for financial assistance for the repair of damaged housing within the framework of the eReconstruction program. The largest number of applications was submitted by residents of Izyum, Kharkiv, and Chuhuyiv districts.
27,416 applicants in the region have already received funds for the restoration of damaged housing, totaling over 2.7 billion hryvnias. More than 90.5 million hryvnias have been transferred for payment to another 1,001 people.
«"Currently, 54 communities have commissions to consider issues related to providing compensation for damaged real estate. The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration coordinates their work in order to accelerate the pace of establishing the amount of damage to real estate and assigning compensation. Today, this area is one of the priorities in the work of the OVA team, and the eRecovery program remains an effective mechanism for restoring damaged housing," said the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov.
At the same time, in 36 territorial communities, commissions have formed 3,876 certificates for the provision of compensation for completely destroyed property in the amount of over 5.3 billion hryvnias.
Using housing certificates, 873 real estate objects were purchased in the Kharkiv region - 653 apartments and 220 private residential buildings. The cost of the purchased housing is over 1.5 billion hryvnias. In total, 1,290 compensation recipients from the Kharkiv region have already used housing certificates, the majority of whom purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv territorial communities, the rest in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zakarpattia and other regions.
