At the invitation of the Bureau of the Association of French Mayors and Presidents of Intermunicipal Associations, the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Galina Minaeva, visited the 106th Congress of Mayors and Presidents of Intermunicipal Associations of France.

As part of the visit, supported by the Cities4Cities | United4Ukraine Initiative, Halyna Minaeva visited the municipality of Château-Thierry and had the honor of meeting its mayor, Sébastien Eugène. Since February 24, 2022, the city hall and the Château-Thierry Community Association have been actively involved in supporting Ukraine, providing humanitarian assistance, as well as helping Ukrainian refugees arriving in the city.

– During the meeting, we discussed the prospects for cooperation. In particular, attention was paid to the issues of improving children's health, implementing cultural and environmental projects, as well as joint participation in EU grant competitions and programs.
