The Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Halyna Minaeva, represented the Chuguiv community at the forum as part of the "Promoting Integrity in the Public Sector" project, which is being implemented in Ukraine with the support of USAID and FCDO.

The goal of this project, which the Chuhuiv community has also joined, is to minimize manifestations of corruption and the risks associated with it in the process of restoring Ukraine.

Leading Western countries, whose ambassadors are participating in the event, provide Ukraine with their experience and assistance in building reliable anti-corruption mechanisms.

– I have repeatedly noted that for me, as the head of the community, it is extremely important that the activities of local authorities be transparent, understandable and accountable to residents. Therefore, participation in this project will allow us to implement all the necessary tools, including those generally accepted in the democratic world, to achieve the necessary transparency and accountability of authorities at the local level. And, as usual, new contacts and acquaintances will open up additional opportunities for our community to participate in international projects and technical assistance programs, – noted Galyna Minaeva.
