On approval by the Chuguiv City Council of technical documentation on land management regarding the inventory of communal land for servicing the common use area (land for residential and public development, code according to the KVCSPZD - 02.12) in the city of Chuguiv, from Kozheduba St., along Kharkivska St., to Chervomanezhnaya St., Kharkiv region and the transfer of the land plot for permanent use
