On granting the Municipal Enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" permission to develop a land management project for the allocation of a land plot for the placement of a cogeneration plant in the city of Chuguyiv, Parkova St., No. 1D from lands for industry, transport, electronic communications, energy, defense and other purposes for the subsequent transfer of the land plot for permanent use
